Mission

Mission is to be at the very heart of the life of any church. God has commanded us to go into all the world and spread the saving news of the gospel. A Missionary Committee is made up of nine members of the congregation and its aims are as follows:-

**   to promote missionary outreach within the congregation

**  to keep the congregation informed by means of a ‘missions’ slot’.

**  to encourage the congregation to pray for and support our missionaries

**  to organise Missionary speakers for one Tuesday evening per month.

 

At present we have 7 people from within the congregation.

Phil Surgenor (Hungary); David Surgenor (Vine Centre); Alan McCormick (Belfast Bible College); Bob Duff (Wycliffe)

 

In addition to these, we take an ongoing practical and prayerful interest in several other societies/individuals. Our budget for 2010 is £47500.
