This gospel meeting is held every Thursday evening. The programme is varied and interesting and often includes missionary speakers, choirs and soloists.

Transport is available for those who need it.

In addition to the weekly Prayer and Bible Study meeting, there are several home bible study groups meeting within the fellowship of the church. You are invited to attend any of these groups where you will receive a very warm welcome.

Meet for prayer each Sunday evening at 6.30pm prior to the service.

The following study groups meet monthly in the homes of various members. Everyone is welcome to join.

• Thursday morning Bible Study (last in the month in the Welcome Area)

The Bowling Club meets each Tuesday evening. The aim is fun and fellowship in a Christian atmosphere rather than serious competition.

The PW meets on the first Monday of each month. Interesting and varied programmes are arranged for each meeting. The main focus is to inform and educate the ladies on ‘World Mission’ and develop fellowship among the members.

The Club provides recreational fellowship for all members of the congregation. The senior club meets on Friday evenings, Juveniles early Fridays and Saturday afternoons.

Usually meets on the first Friday of each month, October through to April. Our meetings are open to men aged 17 years and over and we believe the subjects to be dealt with by the visiting speakers will prove to be interesting to most.

We are also planning other additional activities and these will be announced.

The aim is to promote fellowship among the men. Speakers present a Christian perspective on a wide range of topical issues.

TnT is a weekly bible study group for those aged 18 to 30 that meets following evening worship on a Sunday night. The group gather in the Welcome Area for coffee before retiring to commence their study together.

It is a great opportunity for young adults to discuss the scriptures together and how they relate to their lives.

Ever wanted to try your hand at bowling? Why don't you come along on a Tuesday morning. We will explain the game and show you how to play.

If you would like to learn to knit or crochet we will teach you and if you want to progress on to a personal project we will help you read the pattern.

Otherwise you can help knit hats and blankets for Ekwendeni Hospital in Malawi, the local premature unit and the children's hospice.

Other hobbies are demonstrated occasionally. Good friendly atmosphere, an enjoyable morning. Everyone is welcome. Bring friends and neighbours.

10am Tuesdays

The Firendship Hour will be held in the Welcome Area and will give both men and women a chance to meet and chat over a cup of tea.

There will be a varied programme and some of the meetings will be attended by professionals who will give advice on a range of topics such as personal and home safety and health issues.

But there will also be, on occasions, keep fit, quizzes, films and light hearted talks and demonstrations.

11am 2nd Monday in the month

The Morning and Afternoon Sunday Schools meet in the Church Halls each week throughout the Church year. (Morning Sept/May; Afternoon Oct/Easter) The aim is to make the Bible interesting and enjoyable to the children and young people, making it relevant to their young lives.

During June/August Children’s Church operates.

The children for Morning Sunday School start in the church service at 11am, then leave during the service. (Ages 4-11)

The afternoon Sunday School also includes a Bible Class for 12+years

Known as the Wednesday club, it provides a meeting place for mothers, fathers, grand parents or child minders and their children. A wide range of activities are on offer.

In addition to interaction with other adults, invited speakers might deal with parenthood or health.

The children enjoy a wide range of supervised activities. All aspects of the club have a clear Christian ethos as we seek to lead others to know the Lord Jesus.

10am Wednesdays

This group for secondary school age, meets each Sunday evening after church. A varied programme seeks to stimulate the young people into thinking through their faith in relation to their lives in school, college and society.

They also run social events for the young people which provide great opportunities for the development of good friendships within the groups.

The various age groups meet each Monday evening. Through Bible teaching, badge work and physical exercise, the G.B. seeks to develop the girls spiritually, mentally and physically.

All girls are warmly welcomed.

The three sections of B.B. meet on Wednesday evening. In addition to the Bible teaching, the Company offers a wide range of activities such as craft work, games, drill, badge work and physical education.

All boys are warmly welcomed.

This group is for primary school children. Its primary focus is to teach the Bible and its relevance for today through quizzes, Bible stories, memory verses, choruses and visiting speakers.

The Youth Club is open to young people from P7 to upper sixth. A wide range of activities are on offer and each evening there is an epilogue given by a visiting speaker or one of the leaders.

A youth organisation for secondary school age meeting on Thursday nights in the church Hall. Outings and competition nights are also arranged.

Little Lights is our group for small children, from babies to Pre-school, during the morning service, with such activities as singing, story time, craft and play.
